Hello Service Now Community,
I have the problem, that my Instance has way to many global filters.
The only thing my Users want, is to find and apply their own personal filters.
Is there any way to do this?
Maybe something like first all personal filters, then all global filters and both alphabetically in the same list.
Or is there any way to add a field below filters so my Users can click there and see a list of their own personal filters?
Many thanks in advance

Hello @simonvolkwe ,
There is no way to influence the way the Filters are rendered. As you see it's a mix of all global + your personal filters thrown together.
The only "solution" would be to clean up your global filters, and maybe take away the filter_global role from most users. Looks like they created a lot of redundancy in there.
Regards,
Robert

Thank you for the fast answer.
If I save the Filter for me where can I find my Filters without searching inside all global filters?
Greetings

If I want to select a Filter I do it with the list control (hamburger menu) like my picture above. But here I only see all Filters from every Person, is there any way to only see my own created filters?
