sn_customerservice.admin - why I don't see this role in list

I show sn_customerservice.admin listed as a user role when reading the documentation on Customer Service Management.   However, I can not locate it when I look at the list of roles in ServiceNow.   Does anyone know why this role is not listed.   Thank you.

There is no role out of the box of that name, the roles are as follows:



sn_customerservice.contact_admin


sn_customerservice.customer


sn_customerservice.customer_admin


sn_customerservice.partner


sn_customerservice.partner_admin


sn_customerservice_agent


sn_customerservice_manager


sn_customerservice_urgency_user
