Of course I did, but I don't understand what should happen when the doc says:
If desired, select one or more Related Fields.
You can also display notes from related entities by including those fields in the configuration. For example, you can display notes for the account and contact associated with a customer service case by selecting the Account and Contact fields on the Case form.

SPNs can be configured on many different data records. You can choose to display any notes that are on the related records. For example, if you configure the case SHN and associate the account as a related field, then when a user is on a case, then they will see any SHN of that specific case as well as any SHN of the associated account.

But it doesn't work on my personal instance (helsinki patch 5).
