Hello ServiceNow Community. I am looking for some advice on Change Requests for Server Security OS Patching. In your instances, do your users log these changes as Standard changes with the use of a pre-approved standard template? Or are you logging them as Normal changes?
I'm just reaching out to see what the majority of others are doing.
