Sunbird dc Track Integration

Hello 

We are on Madrid version and we have requirement for Sunbird dcTrack integration. (Free OOB plugin in SNOW)

I was able to activate plugin, install the application and created integration user as per documentation, but not sure how do I configure, because all the fields are grayed out. 

If anyone has done this integration, please help/advise.

Hello Rajanmehta and DirkRedeker,

We have integrated the DCTrack with ServiceNow with OOB available connector.

Data from DCTrack is coming to servicenow 'alm_hardware' table as per OOB connector which is designed.
Our requirement is - data coming to 'alm_hardware' table should also copy the data in the respective tables of the there classes of the assets in servicenow like eg: PDU's, ip_switch, ip_router, netgear and servers etc, which are currently sitting alm_hardware table and also in 'cmdb_ci_hardare' table with correct class but not in correct tables. I hope got the requirement.
Is there a way/solution we can achieve this and how? and we do not want to do much customization and want to achieve this with minimum customization. And is there a way we can sync the data from alm_hardaware/cmdb_ci_hardware tables to respective tables on swith/routers/servers/PDUs etc...
Please help me to get a solution as I need to confirm to the client on same.
