System Property[glide.sys.time_format]

Hello, team.

 

We changed the System Property [glide.sys.time_format] setting from hh:mm:ss to hh:mm:00.

Then, when exporting from a table in Excel, the date was no longer output correctly.

If you know a solution, please let me know.

My assumption is that the issure is in your execl settings, rather than in servicenow. Try to go to cell E2, then go to formatting - select time:

Thank you for answering.
I have confirmed that the correct date is displayed in the Excel settings.
Before changing the settings, I was able to output the correct values.
Is there no solution on the ServicNow side?
