Transfer incident and change tickets between instances under service bridge

We have three sister companies, A,B,C. A is master and we want to use service bridge to move/transfer incident, change, request tickets from B,C to the master instance(A). We heard OOB Service bridge does not support transfer of Incident,change tickets. Is it correct ? I also heard that CSM licenses for Master instance "A" will be required. We don't use CSM at all at any stage. Please comment.

Thats Awesome information. The only thing I am not clear. They mentioned that incident will be converted into case for Instance A. We don't want that. we want to keep incident as Incident , change as change. Any idea if that will work ?

Yes, it will work. You define how to map tables to each other. If you want to map cases to case, incidents to incidents etc., that's completely fine.
The demos show complex scenarios to impress, simple scenarios will work as well 🙂 Of course, you can do some transformations on the data if needed.
