Translated Text and Translated HTML field type

Hi All,

As per wiki, there is Translated Text and Translated HTML field types but these two types are not visible in service now. Please let me know how to enable these two field types.

They are present OOTB. You don't need to enable them.

I am looking these field types for variables in service catalog items, please let me know why these field types are not visible for catalog variables.
