UI builder calendar component

Is there a component that shows a calendar view where I can see it over a year rather than just per month, week, day etc? I would like to see expiring contracts on the calendar in the ast_contract table. Unless there is any better suggestions on how to do this?

Well I figured out that a calendar component rather than a calendar report has the yearly view so I could use that one, I just need to know how I can import the contracts expiry date into the calendar to use.
