Unable to edit the Business rule Script in advanced settings

Unable to edit the Business rule Script in advanced settings, it's troughing an error can't edit in Read-only mode, please let me know how can I change this to edit mode.

Is there any error or message appearing on top, like "read-only" or something similar?

Yea, it's showing an error "can't edit in read only mode"

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
