Unable to edit the Incident workspace form, showing pink when I try to add fields

Hey everyone,

When ever I try to edit the incident workspace form it shows the area pink. I tried switching to the workspace core scope, but still nothing.

What's weird is that in one of my test environments it's reflecting some changes I made to the default incident view. 

I can also add a new section to the workspace view to add fields, but they don't seem to work when I go to the workspace.

Hi can you try it from configure->form layout option inside the scope application

Oops, I needed to be in the ITSM workspace scope not workspace core. Thanks for the reply.

I just figured it out why this happens! It happens if your in the wrong application. I had to switch to the global application (was in the field service application).

you can change the application in your update set!
