Hello,
We have had a dev and prod instance for quite a while. The sys_user table has been updating the users from Active Directory. We have recently implemented a new test instance but it is not updating the the sys_user table with new users in active directory.
Can someone please tell me where I go to update this information?

Hi
In service now Production users will be imported through LDAP from Mid server so in development and test instance these mid servers will not be configured due to point to point interaction where you can only connect one instance through AD to import the Data .
Hope this will help let me know if you are unclear about any thing

Mark my answer correct if it helps you so it will be not removed from unanswered list .
