At the last place I worked we were using the User previsioning via the IDP to create users.  When we did that they were created by guest.  Guest if a default account in ServiceNow is used for various thinks like in the other comments.

Hi,

It could be coming from inbound emails. Can you check your properties?

Automatically creating users

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-servicenow-platform/page/administer/notification/task/t_E...

An important note from the article:

You can also prevent untrusted users from triggering inbound actions by locking out the guest user.

  1. Navigate to User Administration > Users and select the user guest.
  2. Select the Locked out field to disable the guest account.

Hi willem,

Thank you very much for your reply.

But I let a company member who is no the user of our service now to send a mail to service now.

service now created a new user account for him. but it's created by system, not created by guest.

It's not a guest user but a user record create by guest

the last column 作成者means created by.

So the new account for the company member is created by 'System'?

And all others by 'guest'?

In the screenshot I only see guest.
