Variable Editor view on HR records

I am utilizing a record producer to create an HR record on the HR table. The record producer contains numerous variable sets that the user fills out. After submitting the form, the variables that the user filled out are not visible on the HR record. I see that there is the Variable Editor on the catalog task form but I don't see it being available on the HR form.

Does anyone know how to show the variables from the form on the HR record?

Hey Quan,

Go to Formatters in the System UI section of the left-hand nav. Find "Change Variable Editor" or "Incident Variable Editor" and click into one. Change the table to the HR table and then insert.

You should now be able to see the variable editor as a form layout option for the HR table.

Hi Mitchell - many thanks for sharing this valuable information.

However, I'm still stuck on how to get all the variables displayed on the task level form - HR Task.

I've tried creating a new variable editor for hr_task table with both Component and Formatter Type but no success.

Really hope that you can help to shed some lights
