I have Designed a Flow Designer for a Catalog Item. When Request is submitted then flow designer is triggereing correctly but when Approval is rejected in ritm then Ritm state is coming into close incomplete.
but Request state is not coming into closed Incomplete.
I came through flow execution part once here i noticed that else part flow is not triggering in flow designer.
Please tell me anyone why else part is not triggering in flow designer.

Hey Guys,
Any fix for this even I am facing the same issue. It directly cancels the flow.
It doesn't even prints action status and approval state when I checked the steps in flow context.

For those who are still seeking an answer to this question:
In the flow, after the approval state is rejected, use the "Update Record" action to set the [Requested Item] Record [Stage] to [Closed Incomplete] or [Completed].
