Issue with Autopupulation of the fields in the Employee portal.

Hi everyone,

 

I'm relatively new to this portal and facing a puzzling issue with the "Log an Issue with us" form's auto-population functionality. I'm hoping someone with more experience can shed some light on how it works.

 

We are facing an issue with our Frequently Reported Issues widget which are cards containing the Issues and category and subcategory. While the Business service field should automatically populate based on the chosen category/subcategory, it's not working as expected. The Sub-category and Business service are not auto-populating as shown in the below example.

I'd truly appreciate any insights or troubleshooting suggestions you might have. Perhaps someone can explain how the subcategory information from the widget flows into the "Log an Issue" form and point me to relevant resources or examples.
