Why can not use the guided tour after Madrid upgrade?

After Madrid upgraded、

The Guided tour in portal can not work, and the error message is 「Tour ended because the next step was not found」

 

When I edited the Guided tour in Guided tour designer, the message「Step is on ”sp” page.」is displayed.

Does anyone have a suggestions?

I am also running into this issue, and the suggested resolution provided by creativethinker did not resolve the issue. Any other ideas?

I had same issue - just tested it on our sandbox last week and that worked fine, but couldn't make it work on our dev instance today. After an hour googling and tearing my hair off, I tried another browser (I'm using Chrome, tried in IE). That worked fine! So back to Chrome, clear cache, now it works fine here as well.

But still.. pretty annoying, I can't clear cache on all our users and don't know if it works for them or not.
