Automatic redirection to SOW on login no longer works

Hi,

Since we installed the latest version of SOW (ITSM + ITOM) the automatic redirection to SOW at login does not work anymore. The user remains on a page with a message waiting for redirection. He must click on the link in the menu to switch to SOW.

We have not made any configuration changes and we have checked the information specified in the doc.

Everything seems correct to us but the redirection does not work anymore 😞

Do you see where the problem could come from?

Check your Homepage Destination Rule 'SOW Landing Page' is active and the destination is set to now/sow.

1. Type sys_homepage_destination_rule.LIST

2. Check your rule it should look like this:

Please provide more information around

1. family version of the instance

2. SOW version before and after upgrade

will check it in OOTB instance and let you know

We are on Washington DC patch 5 Hotfix 1

We update the plugin "Service Operations Workspace ITOM Apps" from 24.1.2 to 25.1.16 and "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications" from 4.2.0 to 5.1.0.
