Clicking the Critical Notify , Conflict calendar button ,doesn't do anything in SOW

Hi Team,

The Critical notify and conflict calendar button on the  change request form are not working in Service Operation Workspace, although they are working in the native view. Could you please help me understand why these are not working in sow? I have attached screenshots for reference
