The goal - I am trying to enhance the OOB SOW with a new page and template 'Analytics Center' so managers can create their own dashboards within the workspace to get the metrics they are looking for.
Within UI Builder, I was able to add a page and apply the OOB template 'Analytics Center'.
I also created a page registry.
The Analytics Center home page loads just fine. The issue I am experiencing now is that when trying to create a dashboard or open one that is already existing, I am getting a 'No content available' page.
For reference, no one that I tested is able to see content here but the dashboards are available and working outside of SOW.
Also, I have the platform_analytics_admin role which contains all the listed roles (screenshot taken from SN Docs)
I have reached out to ServiceNow Support but am told that this is a configuration issue and not that something is broken, so they are unable to continue to troubleshoot. I have spent hours trying to find the missing configuration piece with no luck.
Has anyone ran into a similar issue?
