Layout issue with Platform Analytics Dashboard in Service Operations Workspace

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a Platform Analytics Dashboard directly in the Service Operations Workspace, but I’m having layout issues. The widgets don’t align properly and appear jumbled in different places.

When I try to fix the layout, the changes don’t save or stick. However, I can still edit and save other components without any problem.

Has anyone else experienced similar layout issues or found a fix for this?

Hi,

It seems to be a known problem (PRB1952631) that gets fixed in the next update "Platform Analytics Experience Bundle - v7.2", due for release in 2025-11-27.

If you create a ticket with support they do send you a fix/workaround including a file to install on your instance that will fix it for now.

After installing version 7.2.0 the problem is fixed
