Good afternoon,
We are currently carrying out regression testing for the Australia release in a sub-production instance, and the default lists are not appearing for non-admin users.
The message shown is: “One or more property values are invalid.”
I have checked the ACLs for several Help Desk users, and none appeared to be blocked.
Has anyone seen this error before?
Kind Regards,
Ashley

Hi @Ashley,
if you think it might be caused by upgrade, then review the changes brought into the instance and/or create a case from Support portal

Hi @Ashley
- Go to [sys_ui_list] table
- Ensure there is a record for the table in question with the View set to "Default view" and the User field empty
- If missing, export this record from an out-of-the-box (OOB) instance and import it, or create it manually.
Refer: KB2441707 Missing 'Default View' in the list view for some users
- If missing, export this record from an out-of-the-box (OOB) instance and import it, or create it manually.
