Guided Tour for SOW Error on Tab Click

Hello All,

 

We created a Guided Tour for SOW. It starts on /now/sow/home and continues on /now/sow/list after clicking the 'List' icon.

The tour works fine initially but later fails on the list page with the error: "Tour ended because next step was not found."

We’ve manually fixed it twice, but it keeps breaking. Could this be due to instance patch upgrades? Has anyone faced this issue or found a permanent fix?

This is by design and not related to recent upgrade.

Please ensure you have next step prepended by a callout [callout element should be within the same UI] followed by a conclusion.
