-How does Response template, template and email template work in Agent assist panel in Service operation workspace.
-Does all three template functionality work for all modules of ITSM in SOW like Incident, Service Request
-Can agents create their own personalized response templates without creating a request .
-to check who all can create email templates in the backend form and what user role is required.
