Hi @Adetunji Olayem ,

You can't just click an 'edit' button to add a widget anymore. Workspaces run on UI Builder, and ServiceNow locks the Out of the box landing pages so they don't get overwritten during platform upgrades.

Follow these steps:

1. Open up UI Builder from the navigator and click into your Operations Workspace experience.

2. Go to your Landing Page. You'll see the default "Variant" listed there. Because it's read-only, you need to click the three dots menu next to it and hit Duplicate.

3. Now you have a copy you can actually edit! Click the '+' icon on the canvas wherever you want your widget to go. (Just a heads up, UI Builder calls them "Components" now, not widgets). Search for "Data Visualization" if you want a chart, or "Simple List".

4. Important last step: Make sure to go into the settings of your new variant and change the "Order" to 0. If you forget this, the system will still load the locked default page instead of your custom one.

Once your component is dropped on the page, just use the right-hand panel to hook it up to your table data.
