Thanks for the help, I follow the guide but it does not work, I created the Evam.

Yes after creating evam also you have to link by making some changes in code :

Navigate to "sys_ux_client_script_inlcude.list" > SowIncidentLandingPage (search) >

Do the required changes suggested in this video :

As mentioned above !
If already done plz login through another browser bcz sometimes it doesn't show due to cache..
