How to allow users to hide announcements and upcoming actions on sow landing page?

Many users ask us if they can hide the right-side panel on the SOW landing page. This panel contains announcements and upcoming actions. 
We would like to make it visible by default with a possibility for the user to arrange the view and hide this panel. Is there a simple way to do this?

Hi @Claire_PV 

 

  • Change the scope to  Service Operations Workspace ITSM Admin Center application
  • Navigate to sn_sow_cfg_stg.list ,
  • apply the Group Section Visibility filter, and set its value to False

Thank you, but we don't want to remove it for everyone. We would like to have it visible with a possibility to hide it by each user when they need more space on the welcome page
