Add field to Record Information contextual panel in SOW

I have a field called affected users where we can select multiple users in the incident form. Now I want to bring this field into the Record information contextual side panel. Currently, I have Caller and Assigned to tabs in the Record information tab. Can anyone help me with this? How can I configure?

 

@DineshKumaR6579, could you please check this and help me to solve my issue?
