How to get Actions Taken to appear in the PIR Timeline automatically?

When I look at the PIR for a Major Incident in the Major Incident Workbench it includes all of the activities in the Timeline, but when I look at the PIR for the same incident in Service Ops Workspace, it only gives me the Opened, Promoted, Resolved activities.  Is there a way to have the PIR in Service Ops Workspace at least pull in and include the Actions Taken into the timeline automatically?  Doesn't really make sense that the MI Manager/Scribe has to enter the same event in two different places?
