Hi all,
I’m trying to hide the "Create Change" button from the Interaction record in Service Operations Workspace. Has anyone done this before or knows the best way?
Any guidance would be really helpful.
Thanks!

Hi @ Anand2799 ,
Thank you so much for your response!
Your inputs definitely helped me get closer to the solution. If I decativate 'Open Change Page ' action record somehow it was hiding 'Create Request' button as well, which wasn't expected in my scenario.
I’m sharing the exact steps that worked:
Solution:
- Navigate to Now Experience Framework → Declarative Actions → Form Actions.
- Search for the action “Open Change Page” (sys_id: bae3fa1b23440110b8f7dc1756bf658f).
- In the related list Layout Items, locate and open the “Create Standard Change” record from the sys_ux_form_action_layout_item table.
- Deactivate the Create Standard Change action.
- Next, open the “Create change” action (from the sys_ux_form_action table) referenced in the Action field.
- Deactivate the Create change action as well.
- That’s it — issue resolved!

Hi @PrasadShelar ,
Navigate to Now Experience Framework → Declarative Actions → Form Actions.
Search for the action "Open Change Page" (sys_id: bae3fa1b23440110b8f7dc1756bf658f).
To prevent this action from appearing on the Interaction form, choose one of the following approaches:
Option 1: Use Related List Action Exclusions
- Create a new exclusion record.
- Set Table = Interaction and mark Exclude this table = true.
Option 2: Modify or Deactivate the Action
- Switch to the appropriate update set.
- Change the record scope if required.
- Deactivate the "Open Change Page" action record.
Thanks
Anand

I couldn't find it
See these places and deactivate

Open the UI Action-> open create change record on Interaction table. Make 'Workspace form button' from true to false.
This button will be hidden .
