In SOW when create request from interaction catalog variable values are not being saved?

when i go to service operations workspace and create a catalog request, the request submits but when ope the request the field values are all empty. Works fine creating request from portal but not from SOW-Interaction. Also i have admin role

Ensure when you are submitting form , you are giving value requested_for variable.

Hello, thanks for the reply, yes the requested_for field has a value both when request created through catalog portal and also when created from an interaction on service operation workspace. For request in portal the submitted request shows values for variables on the request but for request created by SOW interactions the values for the variables are all empty. Thx vini

it looks like if the request is a non portal ready request it works but not for a portal ready request
