Service Operations Workspace not populating record producer variable values

Incidents created via record producer, when opened in Service Operations Workspace, those incidents are not populating the variable values selected by user in the catalog/record producer form. However, these variables and values are displayed properly in the classic UI incident form.

In the incident form > Configure > Form layout > Incident Variable Editor is mapped in "Additional Information" section under Service Operations Workspace view.
