Issue with Blank Summary in Service Operations Workspace After Zurich Upgrade

I'm facing an issue where the Summary section in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) Incident view is showing up blank after filling the required fields under "SOW-Incident-Overview" view.

Were you able to find an answer to this issue.  I see it on my system as well.

ServiceNow support got back to us and stated this is because the following macrocomponent was 'customized' 

sys_ux_macroponent.do?sysparm_nostack=true&sysparm_record_scope=49aff4bb733320103e366238edf6a70f&=sysparm_view&sys_id=f94d88d57341301045216238edf6a718

Looking at the version history, this record was supposedly updated in the "Default" update set but that should not be possible as this artifact has a 'read only protection policy'.   ServiceNow support states we should revert it back to the store version of the aritfact but given it has a 'read only protection policy' - that's easier said than done ('Revert to this version' does not work)


Will post an update once they get back to me.
