Issue with Blank Summary in Service Operations Workspace After Zurich Upgrade

I'm facing an issue where the Summary section in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) Incident view is showing up blank after filling the required fields under "SOW-Incident-Overview" view.

Hi @George Daswani 

do you have any update from support regarding this issue? It seems that I have similar one, I checked also mentioned macroponent and as in your scenario it wasn't touched by us.
