Hello, I'm using UI Builder to edit a variant I created from the service operations workspace. I found that while using Agent Assist there is an option to attach a KB but after its saved it attaches to the additional comments instead of attaching to the work notes section. Does anyone know who this can be corrected?

Hello,
I tried this on my agent workspace check if the below works for you on SOW
Navigate to Contextual Search-> Table Configuration-> Incident (UI type workspace).
Open the record in the related list of Search action configuration find agent assist for knowledge
Open the record marked in the above screenshot and update the field to work note:-
Then you should see the work note field:-
