Link direct to Survey

I'm trying to use the OOB Ticket Feedback survey and include a link to the survey from an email notification when a ticket has been resolved so I turned off sent notifications from the Ticket Feedback survey and included the link 

https://instance.service-now.com/esc?id=my_surveys

to my existing notification but does anyone know how I can bring the user directly to the survey for that ticket rather than the list of surveys using a mail script or something similar?

Survey trigger take care of this no need to send email externally. Survey email have that link.

No its not an external email I just want a link directly to the survey rather than My Surveys I also don't want two notifications firing when a ticket has been resolved one saying its resolved and the other the survey invite
