Manager workspace active work data not showing

In Manager workspace in active data no data showing. if manager assigned the work to agent, then also not showing any data.

sn_channel_mgmt_st_agent_active_work in this table from where data coming any idea.

@Tanushree Maiti  can you share me the screenshot how data is shown in sn_channel_mgmt_st_agent_active_work table it will help us to check because in our table nothing data showing.

Can you validate the steps as per KB :

 KB2282678 [Regression] No data is being shown on CSM Managers dashboard.

Hi @Tanushree Maiti for awa_work_item table same fields data like assigned to, assignment group, queue and short description and agent same fields are in sn_channel_mgmt_st_agent_active_work_list there then how to populate data into this table through BR or any other way,
