Good day 🙂
I am introducing on-call scheduling in SOW to our employees. I would like to make the move from our existing scheduling system as smooth as possible. Is there a way to globally set the notification settings for all teams? For now I would like to do something like this:
Weekdays people must be contacted on Teams and via email. After hours and weekends Teams and cell phone number. Once they get to know the system better, they can change if desired.
