We are in the process of Installing ACC monitor for the IT landscape and as part of the Metrics reporting we are planned to use OOB Windows dashboard under Service Operation Workspace and we are facing the timeseries reporting issue and it limits data only for 8 weeks event though it has more date in Metrics Base data source.
Explaining the scenario in detail :
1) When generating report for "Server A" in OOB Windows dashboard (ServiceOperationWorkspace) it limits for 8 weeks as below,
2) When checked the same "Server A" in Insight Explorer - its reporting beyond 8 week as per actual Metrics injection
Few basics checks completed and it looks good as expected -
a) Validate Metrics intelligence retention policies - its by default has 11 month
b) Reporting Source is picked from Metric Base as the same is referred by Insight Explorer (as per internet source).
c) Widget Timeseries is set to get adjusted as per filter
Kindly help me if any Metrics base configuration or widget configuration to be validated or updated -- To get ServiceOperationWorkspace Dashboards reports data beyond 8 week...
