Quick Action Parameter for Catalog Items

I'm trying to create quick action and quick action parameter for Agent Chat in Service Operations Workspace.

I want the agent to be able to search for a catalog item and when they select and enter it adds the link to catalog item to the chat for user to click on and submit a request.

 

i'm using basic query mode and table using is sc_cat_item, but when i search using quick action and select an item, it just adds the field name i selected for the catalog item in text only.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Steve Pardoe did you ever get this working? If yes then how did you manage to do so.
