Send Email Button Missing in Expanded View - ServiceNow Agent Workspace

I am facing an issue in ServiceNow Agent Workspace where the Send Email button is visible in the tabbed view, but when I expand the email draft to the larger view, the button is missing.

Attached are screenshots showing the difference in behavior. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a configuration setting or UI policy that might be causing this? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

@praveen_rongali  I tried the above scenario and I'm able to see the button "Send Email".

UI looks different on your screenshot with details tab on the email draft page. Is this a customized one? 

 

You can try navigating as below and check if there any exclusions.

@Sujatha V M   I don't see any action exclusions, it is empty. It is the same behavior if we use OOTB compose email (dropdown menu). Yes, this is custom Agent workspace.

In the OOTB, this button is of read only protection file. 

Can you share the screenshot or content of the custom button record details?
