We want ITIL agents to see the “Service Desk Overview” dashboard by default on their SOW landing (home) page, while Tier 2 agents (users with the Tier 2 role) should see the “Service Team Overview” dashboard by default. This ensures that each audience is presented with the most relevant information on the SOW home page.
We created two variants in the UI Builder and assigned the respective audiences to each variant. We also updated the SOW landing page and created the necessary page entries. However, the expected behavior is still not working.
How can we achieve this requirement?

On donut configurations, we can select which dashboard is visible to a specific tier agent.
