Service Operations Workspace default list selection

Hello,

On Service Operations Workspace, when the workspace loads there are 2 tabs under the main List tab. These 2 sub tabs are Lists and My Lists. For some users Lists opens as default tab and for others My Lists opens as default tab

I would like to understand how I can set 'Lists' as the default tab for everyone irrespective of the roles or previous selection.

@Tanmay14 OOB if you open SOW from left nav, it opens /sow/home and not the lists.

I guess, what users have done is, they have saved the URL with "my lists" as favourites and now they are opening SOW from favourites.

@Raghav Sharma24 I checked but they do not have favourites set and neither could I find any property or configuration that could be doing this.

may be it's something to do with User preference.

Did you check within UI builder anywhere this config can be done?

@Ankur Bawiskar  I cannot find any property or configuration that could be doing this.
