Service Operations Workspace default list selection

Hello,

On Service Operations Workspace, when the workspace loads there are 2 tabs under the main List tab. These 2 sub tabs are Lists and My Lists. For some users Lists opens as default tab and for others My Lists opens as default tab

I would like to understand how I can set 'Lists' as the default tab for everyone irrespective of the roles or previous selection.

SOW Workspace by default redirects to /now/sow/home as homepage. It is possible user has navigated to SOW workspace and move to different page and when they again navigate to SOW, it takes to last open session which could be /now/sow/list/

By default, if user has not defined any custom list it will navigate to 'Lists'. But if user created a custom list, it will default to My Lists tab

You can check UI builder and understand how the navigation is set for this page to see if you can modify the behavior.
