SOW Compose Email - text / drafts unexpectedly replaced over-written

I received a report of an unexpected behaviour with the compose email within the service operations workspace. The IT person has reported that the mini email client has unexpectedly replaced/overwritten the email text that was being typed with either blank text or with the content of a draft message.

No known keyboard sequence was used that may have precipitated this text replacement.

P.S. it's been observed within the Edge browser as well as Firefox

Has anyone else experienced similar difficulty with a mini email composer within service operations workspace?

Any suggestions for troubleshooting that we might accomplish?

 From your explanation this seems to be either a browser specific issue or version specific.

Try upgrading/ repairing your SOW plugin to latest version and if issue is not fixed raise a HI case with servicenow, they might already have a PRB ticket open for any such issue.

I am waiting to find out if the mini compose email window experiences the same difficulty with the full email window. Once I know that the behavior is the same between mini versus full. Then I will escalate to ServiceNow as a ticket through the High portal

We have this issue too in Work Spaces. It is not reproducible, it just sometimes happen and do not know why. It was thought it only happened after copy and past. But I have seen it happen with just plain typed text.
