SOW - Related List Edit Button enabling

In the native view, if we need to relate any Requested Items (RITMs), we can use the Parent RITM field, and there's an Edit button available to add RITMs to the related list. I have configured the same Parent RITM related list in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) view, but there is no option to edit or add RITMs there.

How can this be achieved in SOW

native and workspace views are different.

for workspace you will have to configure that button separately
