ITIL users unable see "Start Microsoft Teams Chat" UI button in SOW

Hi,

After enabling ITSM - Microsoft teams Integration with ServiceNow, Admins are able to perform action on "Start Microsoft Teams Chat" UI button in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) without any Issue but an ITIL user is unable to see the UI action at all even though the user account has a valid Microsoft account associated with valid email updated in user account in servicenow. But has an ability to view and perform actions in default view by clicking on UI macro "Start Microsoft Teams Chat".

Note : user has sn_incident_read/write roles.

I appreciate sharing the resolution, if someone has already resolved the Issue.
