Subcategory is Remain empty and mandatory after saving the form on SOW(Service Operations Workspace)

The subcategory remains empty and mandatory for the SCTASK ticket after saving the form on SOW(Service Operations Workspace), but if we reload the form correct value will be visible on the subcategory for SCTASK.
We are facing this issue only on SOW but not on normal view.
We already tried to create a new button on the SCTASK table for the SOW view but it's not working.
If anyone has any idea about this please reply.
