Hi ServiceNow developers,
I would like to ask for your help on the topic of the attachment section, currently our instance is on the latest patch from the Washington version, as a request we want to replace the current attachment field with a drag & drop field. Unfortunately, we are unable to search for the section where to make the change to activate the drag & drop options on the service portal. The current operation of the attachment section is to click the paperclip and open the computer resources to add the attachment. We would like to activate the latest option with drag & drop (according to attachment) to make adding attachments easier. I know that this option should be activated automatically for Washington, but despite the update we are still left with the attachment section for older versions as described above. I would appreciate your help on the topic.
