Agent Workspace & Web Experience (Now) Workspace using UI Builder

From our Community posts, we still found some our members don’t know how difference between Agent workspace and web experience workspace (Now Workspace) is.  They think Agent workspace can be converted to Now Workspace.    

The answer can be found from following information.

• Agent Workspace is built from Agent Workspace Guided Setup and the only landing page is created by UI Builder (legacy).
• Now Workspace is 100% built from UI Builder of App Engine Studio. It is web experience workspace built within UI Framework of Now platform.

Agent workspace can’t be directly converted to Now Workspace without customization.   UI Builder for Agent workspace is different with App Engine Studio’s UI Builder (App Engine Studio tool).  However you can migrate from your agent workspace to Configurable workspace with customization (https://lnkd.in/ddKUUVqF).

Great information, but previously you could create workspaces because they were licensed under ITSM and CSM modules. Do these modules now include APP Engine licensing so that we can continue to support and create these workspaces? or is this now yet another "ohh you have pay for this now" feature?

Current Agent Workspace can't be supported by App Engine Studio -UI Builder.

Since the San Diego has lot of changes Can you create/provide video for the Agent workspace and portal with San Diego UI builder ?
